Mission Statement
The Hebrew Free Loan Association of Pittsburgh is a nonprofit that supports financial stability and advances opportunities for people in our region by providing interest-free loans. Interest-free loans are available on a nonsectarian basis to residents of Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Butler, Beaver and Armstrong Counties who may not qualify for assistance through other institutions.
About This Cause
The Hebrew Free Loan Association of Pittsburgh has been around for more than 135 years providing interest-free loans on a nonsectarian basis to residents of Southwestern Pennsylvania for expenses such as tuition, home repair/improvement, car purchase or repair, medical or dental costs, small business, weddings, burials, adoption/fertility treatment, and credit card consolidation. HFL also offers access to free financial coaching.
