Mission Statement
Driven by the compassionate heart of Jesus Christ, Heart for Lebanon exists to see lives changes and communities transformed. We are passionate to reach the lost and broken, advance peace, justice, and equality and empower the marginalized and rejected. Heart for Lebanon provides relief to redeem the dignity and address the needs of refugees and displaced people, empowers local communities to overcome poverty, dependency, injustice and marginalization and transform lives of at-risk children emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually.
About This Cause
Heart for Lebanon focuses on two initiatives: Children at Risk Initiative provides fun and spiritual activities through our Hope on Wheels mobile ministry, non-formal education program is provided in three locations in Lebanon for refugee children and music, sports, tutoring and after school activities are all avenues to love children to Christ. Relief & Community Care Initiative: focuses on Iraqi and Syrian refugees, Bedouin, Gypsy and Turkmen communities and under resourced Lebanese by providing assistance first with physical needs and health awareness then intoducing the love of Jesus Christ.
