Mission Statement
The Band of Parents is a registered 501(c)3 charity founded in 2007 to fundraise for a deadly pediatric cancer called Neuroblastoma. We are proud supporters of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's Neuroblastoma Team, as well as other leading institutions like Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Montefiore Einstein. Our goal is to fast-track less toxic, targeted therapies to children and save lives.
About This Cause
Band of Parents provides a support network for families with children who are undergoing treatment for Neuroblastoma. Since the Band of Parents began in 2007, our members have raised more than $10 million dollars for Neuroblastoma research. Our goal is to continue the promising research that could save more lives. Our mission is to further the research and drug development desperately needed to save more children. Our goal is to find a cure for Neuroblastoma once and for all.
