About This Cause
Every year, Hoboken Grace hosts three major community-wide events that are open to everyone. The entire community is invited because it’s all for them! In March/April, we host a completely free Egg Hunt for the community, which includes 30,000+ eggs, games, arts and crafts. Last year, we welcomed over 6,000 people across two hunts. In September, we host 1Day, which is a community-wide service day. Hoboken Grace purchases all the supplies and tools necessary to complete projects for local non-profit and civic organizations. In 2019, over 500 volunteers came out and we completed projects for 17 organizations. Lastly, we host a holiday gift donation event in December, which is focused on ensuring that no child or senior citizen goes without a gift during the holiday season. Hoboken Grace helped over 2,200 people receive gifts inside of Hudson County last year. Outside of the big events, we host gatherings for non profit leadership development through the year.
