About This Cause
Our mission centers around mental health issues in underserved communities with a focus on at-risk 13-24 years olds that are looking for a way to find peace and connection through group mindfulness and eco-healing in Lake Worth, FL and in The Set in Delray Beach, FL and throughout Palm Beach County, FL. We teach the practice of mindfulness and eco-healing, the reconnection with nature, as a means to end suffering and create connections with nature and other individuals in similar circumstances. One of our largest, and most impactful, programs is our Mindfulness Clubs both in high schools in the aforementioned communities as well as our Tiger Territory Urban Forest which sits in the heart of downtown Lake Worth Beach which has been deemed an oasis for our youth that use this space as it allows them time to depart from the chaos that can surround them in their homes and in their community.
