HomePlate uplifts and empowers young people experiencing housing instability through community building, education, and access to services and resources.
About This Cause
HomePlate serves youth ages 12-24 who are experiencing any type of instability. We strive to provide a safe space for young people to build trusting relationships and achieve stability in their lives. We envision a welcoming community where all youth feel a sense of belonging and value, and housing is safe, accessible, and sustainable. This includes providing access to basic needs like food and clothing, employment and education support, and housing services.
