About This Cause

The Child Advocacy Center of Sedgwick County (CACSC) exists to promote the safety, health and well-being of abused children and their caregivers by bringing together public, private and community partners. We assist in providing a multidisciplinary approach to child abuse investigations, intervention and prosecution. The CACSC coordinates free services for child abuse victims and their families throughout the investigation process. Our services include advocacy, therapy, referrals for resources, crisis intervention, and support. On an annual basis, victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse, internet crimes, runaways and victims of human trafficking are served by the CACSC and partner agencies. Nearly 2,000 children each year in Sedgwick County are provided investigative and support services through the CACSC. The Child Advocacy Center of Sedgwick County is a standalone 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Gifts made to CACSC are tax deductible.
