Mission Statement
PARTNERS! Canines Hopes to End the Euthanasia of Adoptable Dogs and Puppies in NC and the South.
About This Cause
PARTNERS! Canines rescues dogs and cats from NC (and from surrounding counties in TN and VA) high kill shelters and transports them to our no kill shelter partners in PA through our life saving rescue program. We also do local pet adoptions and events to raise funds and awareness about the local pet overpopulation problems and issues that come up in the high country of NC.
