Mission Statement
To rescue, nurture, defend, and empower girls who have survived physical and sexual abuse through the love and dedication of the body of Christ.
About This Cause
We work to provide a safe and nurturing home for young girls (ages 4-10) who have survived physical and sexual abuse — often from the ones closest to them. Our current capacity of rescued girls is 14. This limited capacity is utilized as a strength that allows us to form a deep family connection with every girl and not another number in a large care facility. Every girl we rescue will experience freedom from their past, gain peace for today, and grow hope for the future. Our vision is to establish a permanent home with acreage to allow hippotherapy to be offered as a service to help children who have survived mental and physical abuse. After these changes have been made, we envision replicating our model into other areas of Honduras to spread healing and hope through the body of Christ.
