Mission Statement
We aim to connect homeless and at risk youth in our community to the health and human services agencies and community organizations that serve them.
About This Cause
This nonprofit's specific purpose is to establish a comprehensive online resource guide of health and human service agencies that provide aid to homeless and at-risk youth through an online database. The resources in this database will include community-based organizations in the San Diego- South Bay area that provide services and promote safety and self-sufficiency as an alternative to the streets and ensure that the database will be updated quarterly. The members of these organizations are also kept up to date with any changes to programs to work together to end youth homelessness.
