About This Cause
To serve the needs of the present, while creating change for the future. Mountain View serves the community by housing the Edgewood Nourish Food Bank, providing public meeting space and managing a variety of health, educational, family resource and poverty reduction programs that serve residents in North and East Pierce County. MVCC has a small, but mighty staff and a host of committed volunteers which provide programming to support successful kids, hopeful families, and active seniors in our community. We believe that when kids have the tools they need to succeed, when families are moving out of poverty, and seniors are making healthy choices, we all benefit.
