The mission of the Resolution Project is to develop socially responsible young leaders and empower them to make a positive impact today. The vision of the Resolution Project is to create a generation of leaders with a lifelong commitment to social responsibility.
About This Cause
At The Resolution Project, we believe that young people live in a time of unparalleled global challenges and unprecedented opportunity: youth can—and should—be the change our world so desperately needs, today. Founded in 2007, Resolution's mission is to develop socially responsible young leaders and empower them to make a positive impact today. We identify, mentor, and empower undergraduate students to start social enterprises to solve some of the world’s most persistent and challenging problems, from inadequate healthcare to climate change. We believe that by empowering young people to bring local, scalable solutions to their communities, we can create a generation of compassionate, creative, and socially responsible leaders committed to building a more just and sustainable world. Today, over 600 Resolution Fellows, in more than 80 countries and 20 U.S. states are working on over 300 social ventures in high-impact fields such as sustainable development, education, the environment, gender equality, healthcare, and humanitarian relief. Their efforts have collectively benefitted over 4.6 million people thus far.
