About This Cause
Baltimore Hackerspace is a 501(c)(3) educational organization. A “Hackerspace” aka a “Makerspace” is a community-supported learning environment. It’s a space where people with interests and experience in science, technology, engineering, and the arts can collaborate on projects to share knowledge and resources. We commonly describe it as a community workshop or a technological library.
