About This Cause
LifeChoices Family Medical, a DBA of LifeChoices Women's Care, Inc. is a comprehensive holistic health care for the entire family offering medical services, education and ongoing support. Medical: Patients are able to come for medical services that support versus suppress the natural function of a woman’s body. Two of the unique services we offer include natural fertility care services and a medical protocol to reverse an RU-486 abortion. We accept self-pay, Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance patients. Education: Our pregnant clients receive many free services including pregnancy tests, prenatal vitamins, pregnancy and childbirth classes, fertility care and family planning, breastfeeding and postpartum services. Support: Patients also receive free of charge, ongoing support through programs that offer free baby clothes, diapers, wipes and other baby needs and referrals for resources offered by our community partners. Our Vision is to create a Culture of Life by providing the highest quality of healthcare that promotes scientifically based and ethically sound medicine, which respects the dignity of women and families. Our Purpose is to restore the Dignity and Beauty of the Human Person.
