World Health Partners (WHP), a non-profit organization is dedicated to bringing healthcare within a walkable distance for all people. WHP connects healthcare professionals and local entrepreneurs through technology-enabled networks to deliver healthcare in rural and underserved communities. WHP is a 501 (c) (3) registered public charity that delivers basic health care services through innovative technologies in remote and under-served areas and provides lifesaving healthcare to women and children to see them safely through their pregnancy and childhood.
About This Cause
World Health Partners (WHP), a 501 (c) (3) registered public charity, that provides basic health care services to poor and under served communities through telemedicine in rural India and Kenya. WHP, for increasing health care access and improving quality partners with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, Merck for Mothers, State Governments and Government of India and Kenya and provides services in the area of primary, maternal and child health, reproductive healthcare services. For its innovative approach, WHP has won the Skoll, Schwab (WEF) and Millennium Alliance awards. Guidestar provides highest 'Platinum' ranking to World Health Partners for its innovation, well developed systems and stewardship.
