About This Cause
The Bishop Griffin Resource Center has experienced steady growth and BGRC's food pantry is now one of the busiest pantries in the city. Our food pantry and free store form the cornerstones of our work in the community and offer stabilizing resources to those struggling with a lack of food and material resources. The men, women and children who visit the BGRC receive material assistance, emotional support and hope. Our new center will be anchored by both a larger Clothing Store and Market and, through our partnership with the Mid-Ohio Food Collective, will include more fresh, healthy food choices. Our new service delivery model will include increased access and expanded resources with space for our community partners to work alongside us. The new BGRC will include programming in Basic Needs, Health and Wellness, Education and Training, and Financial Literacy
