Mission Statement
Project Treehouse is an organization dedicated to service learning opportunities for students of all ages, while providing support for ongoing relief and development work in impoverished areas around the world.
About This Cause
VALUES 1) We value a lifelong commitment to service. 2) We value a deepening appreciation of the diversity of cultures at home and abroad. 3) We value relief and development work that focuses on sustainable, local initiatives. 4) We value an open-minded, flexible approach to problem solving. ACTIVITIES 1) We sponsor alternative spring and summer break trips for college and high school students. 2) We develop media materials for use by non-profits in the developing world. 3) We provide short-term health care and health promotion interventions. 4) We offer support for a variety of ongoing relief and development initiatives involving health care, poverty reduction, agriculture and environmental restoration.
