Mission Statement
Takshila Foundation (Estd. 2009) is a think-tank style public benefit organization. The specific purpose of this foundation is to foster education, mutual understanding of global citizens through education and research. Assist the local population in their holistic well-being and professional development.
About This Cause
Short term goal of the foundation is to help local professionals in their career development through workshops, training and seminars. Long term goal of this foundation is to invite scholars, students and professionals from various part of the world to perform cross-broader educational activities and mutual professional, cultural understanding. The foundation will provide financial support for these activates. Along with the local focus, the foundation intends to build bridge between global academics and scholars in order to foster mutual understanding and possible local economic benefits. Foundation may hold international seminars, workshops, and colloquiums by inviting international scholars to Silicon Valley California.
