Mission Statement
The "oregon Korean School" mission is to provide the opportunity to learn the language, culture and values of the Korean people. Our school empowers students to achieve their almost potential and become leaders in their communities and across the globe.
About This Cause
Oregon Korean School is a non-profit educational organization in Portland, OR. Founded in 1989, it offers Korean language and culture classes to children ages four and older as well as adults. The school has about 240 students enrolled and is staffed by 20 teachers. The school board, comprised of community members, parents, and the principal oversees the school budget and operation.
