Mission Statement
Al Éxito provides programming that builds the leadership potential of Latino/a youth through college preparation, career development, civic engagement, family support, and celebration of culture.
About This Cause
We are a statewide non-profit organization that provides support, connection to resources, and programming to Latinx youth. We currently have afterschool programs in both middle school and high school in Belmond, Clarion, Des Moines, Marshalltown, Perry, Ottumwa, and Tama. Our vision is to build stronger communities through Latinx excellence and leadership.
