Wellspring is a non-profit counseling center and outreach ministry that provides mental health services and education in a professional, Christian and holistic way in order to bring about transforming change in individuals, communities and for generations to come.
About This Cause
Wellspring is a counseling center and ministry that provides mental health services and education to people who desire to improve their quality of life. Wellspring restores and enhances the hearts and minds of people in a very professional, Christian and holistic way. What makes us different is our integration of clinical excellence with our faith. We also have specific passions for trauma recovery and supporting and equipping Christian leaders. Ultimately, we exist to bring about transforming change to affect communities and generations to come. Our Approach (Philosophy) – Wellspring is faith-based, client-centered, other-centered, and non-discriminatory, with a holistic approach to wellness. Our holistic approach to mental health encourages our clients to address the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, behavioral and spiritual aspects of their lives. Wellspring’s professional, skilled counselors offer a variety of therapeutic treatments. Each of our therapists has a personal Christian faith, but we work within the spiritual framework and goals of our clients. Education: New trainings, articles, and curricula are offered in order to educate and promote mental health and wellbeing. Trauma Response: Counselors are trained in the latest and most advanced trauma resolution treatments. Leadership Development: To equip and sustain full-time Christian workers and leaders so that they may thrive in their given callings. Experiential Therapies. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in order to reach the most people effectively, including art therapy, equine-assisted therapy, bio-feedback and other unique treatments.
