Mission Statement
We provide emotional support to immigrants in detention and, when they are released, we warmly welcome them and provide transitional support. We connect released immigrants to vital resources so they know they are valued and safe, and are on the path to live independent and productive lives.
About This Cause
Our 4 primary programs are 1. providing phone cards to immigrants in detention 2. visiting immigrants in detention who request visitors 3. assisting released immigrants with travel plans as well as providing them with snacks, food and backpacks 4. provide temporary and free supervised housing for immigrants who are not immediately leaving the area
