About This Cause
Our focus as an organization is to: - Create a consistent, energetic pipeline into built environment careers - Strengthen and increase enrollment in K-12 Construction & Development cluster programs - Promote the multitude of pathways into careers in the built environment, including the fostering of both skilled trades and higher education programs - Clear pathways to built environment careers for minorities and at-risk youth - Advocate and partner to increase percentage of women in the AEC industry - Influence industry to prioritize workforce development
