Mission Statement

Since 2010, Pass With Flying Colors has prepared Chicago’s first-generation students for college and career success. We remain one of the only 8-year program serving first-generation students in the academic middle. Through research-based afterschool programming, 1:1 support, and college and career exposure, PWFC Scholars develop crucial skills and goals for their future. PWFC Scholars graduate college at dramatically higher rates than their peers.
