Mission Statement
The purpose of Seattle Balkan Dancers is to promote, preserve, and teach participatory Balkan dancing and related arts in the Greater Puget Sound area.
About This Cause
We gather weekly to dance; we regularly teach new dances and new dancers; on a regular basis we present live music for dancing. All the work to provide these opportunities to dance is done by volunteers, except for some musicians and certain instructors. We collaborate with local bands. We sponsor Balkan Night Northwest. We dance.
