Mission Statement

Invest in Youth exists to enhance the academic abilities, self-confidence and life prospects of struggling learners in Seattle Public Schools. The organization provides free one-on-one tutoring support to elementary students for an entire school year.

About This Cause

Invest in Youth is a business-to-youth tutoring organization that matches volunteer tutors with an elementary student to work with for a whole school year. Tutoring time is spent working on homework, math or reading, and the tutor is able to serve as a role model for the student.
