Mission Statement
Minnie's Food Pantry is a 501c3 non profit organization that provides healthy, nutritious meals and red carpet treatment to children and families in need. MFP reaches beyond our walls to address the issue of food insecurity and poverty. In addition to food assistance, MFP makes available many other programs/resources to help meet the needs of all those needing assistance. These include: educational and resource classes, SNAP/Medicaid/Medicare sign up, children's supplemental lunches and much more.
About This Cause
Minnie's Food Pantry is open to serve the public Wednesday-Friday and the first and third Saturday's of each month. Clients receive a cold bag with fresh meats, fruits, vegetables and dairy products as well as a box filled with non-perishables which include: cereal/oatmeal, canned green beans, canned corn, canned fruit, canned meats, canned beans, soup/chili, rice and beans, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, mac and cheese, boxed potatoes, snack items, juices and much more! MFP also delivers to the homeless and senior citizens in the community through the Minnie's On The Go program to help offset the minimal set income that they receive each month.
