About This Cause

Where “I can’t” becomes “Yes, I can”, Waypoint Adventure is a non-profit educational organization founded in 2010 that awakens youths and adults with disabilities to their willful spirit through the power of adventure. With guided, experiential programs tailored to meet people right where they are, Waypoint Adventure provides personal growth and team triumph – as participants discover their purpose, value, strengths, and abilities. Our team of highly trained professionals takes the time to know each participant personally and fully, learning specific needs, hesitations, and what ignites joy. We create a custom program for every single participant, within every group, designed to: * Meet personalized goals and objectives * Create positive individual and group development * Build social and character skills * Celebrate the individual and honor the experience of the team * Transform people’s views of themselves and their abilities
