Mission Statement
Phoenix Patriot Foundation provides direct support to severely wounded and injured veterans who served post 9-11. Founded by former U.S. Navy SEAL Jared Ogden on the battlefield in 2010 and designated a 501 c 3 nonprofit in 2011, our mission is to provide direct support to wounded and injured veterans enabling them to fully Recover, Reintegrate, and Remain Engaged in serving America. Our organization supports each veteran by developing and implementing an individually-tailored program to ensure independence and lifelong sustainability. This, in turn, enables our heroes to return to service within their communities and nation. Phoenix Patriot Foundation recognizes the value and benefit of "Warriors Supporting Warriors" and sharing lessons learned. As a nonprofit organization created for veterans by veterans, Phoenix Patriot Foundation has a strong desire to give back to those we have worked with and served with and to give back to our country. The California Chapter has taken over the PPF mission through music therapy projects. PPF is now American Patriot Music Project.
