The Richmond Wildlife Center is Greater Richmond's only nonprofit veterinary hospital dedicated to critically sick and injured wildlife.

About This Cause

The Richmond Wildlife Center is Greater Richmond's only nonprofit veterinary hospital dedicated to providing advanced veterinary and rehabilitative to critically sick and injured wildlife with the goal of returning these patients back to the wild. In addition, we assist feral and abandoned exotic pets found in the wild. We work to return these exotic animals back to healthy state and locate qualified homes or facilities for these animals based on species requirements and current state laws. The Richmond Wildlife Center also provides educational programming centered on conservation and environmental education to the general public. We also provide continuing education to working professionals in wildlife medicine, wildlife rehabilitation and wildlife rescue.
