Mission Statement
Norooz Charity Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit public charity organization striving to provide relief to the Iranian refugees who are the victims of human rights violations arising from sustained social, political, religious and ethnic prosecution by the fundamentalist regime in Iran.
About This Cause
Through donations of funds, a coordinated network of volunteers and representatives have distributed tens of containers of food, clothing and medial supplies and provided hundreds of needy families and individuals with nutritional, medical, legal, educational and financial assistance., Since 2004, Norooz foundation have been assisting refugees from Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2011 provided reliefs aids for earthquake victims in city of Van. and 2013 for Azerbaijan Iran , In 2014 delivered $750,000 US made medicines for IDP Yezidis camps in northern Iraq. We provided assistance to religious minorities such as Assyrian and Yezidis families that fled ISIS attacks in Aug 2014. In Dec 26, 2014 first US NGO entering war zone to deliver food and reliefs for Yezidies families in Sinjar, 2015 help flooding victims in Houston Texas, 2017 in earthquake victims Kermanshah Iran, 2019-2020 flood victims in Baluchistan, Golestan, Khozestan, Kermanshah, Shiraz and Lorestan in Iran. And in 2021 Earthquake victims in Yassoj Iran, and water tankers in Khozestan providence in Iran.
