About This Cause
The Family Assistance Resource Center NJ, was founded in 2010 as a result of a massive fire that left over one hundred families homeless. Our motto is "Caring people helping people" and our mission is to provide the vital support and assistance to allow those families and individuals, to begin the recovery process and to regain their footing in life. Our mission also embraces and supports the needs of abused women and children, our veterans, our senior citizens, young mothers and fathers, families in need, the working poor, the homeless and those transitioning from homelessness, those with disabilities, as well as, those reentering society. FARC provides clothing, coats, footwear, food, furniture, bed and bath linens, household furnishings, used appliances and lots of compassion. We are supported by the financial and material donations of other caring individuals and volunteers like you. We do not sell items donated to us and we provide what you donate to us directly to those in need. Please join us in making a difference by making a donation to FARC and together we will impact the lives of those who gave a helping hand to others when they needed help!
