Mission Statement
VITAS Community Connection provides assistance to VITAS hospice patients and families in need, and to community partners who have the same mission.
About This Cause
VITAS Community Connection provides assistance to VITAS hospice patients and families in need by working closely with social workers and chaplains at VITAS hospice programs. We also provide grants to Community Partners who have a similar mission. VITAS hospice programs nominate partners in their communities when they have the funds available to do so.
