Mission Statement

The mission of Second Chance Youth Outreach is to extend a second chance to young gang members who feel they have no alternative but to live life in a gang. The goal of Second Chance is to provide a safe place for gang members to go upon getting out of jail. The organization also aims to fill the basic needs of gang members and former gang members, including food, clothing, and shelter, and the emotional support necessary for them to leave the gang life and discover something better for their future
