About This Cause
In 2006, Last Chance Ministries (LCM Hope for the Westside) an Inner- City Ministry was founded.LCM has a dynamic, energetic and vision for the Westside and is truly making a difference to San Antonio’s Community. In just a few short years, Last Chance Ministry has blossomed into many ministries’ which are Young at Heart for Seniors, Bread of Life for families, Legacy Minded Men, Children’s, Youth Ministry and a Health and Wellness program to include the Christian Sports Organization, and Gladiators boxing. LCM holds annual community events each year which serves the Westside community and a majority of SAHA Public Housing residents which are Annual Spring Break event, Back to School, Harvest Festival, Thanksgiving Dinner which feeds 3,000 people, and our Christmas Toy Giveaway, giving out toys to the less fortunate. In 2018 Last Chance Ministries founded Crusade 300 which was held in the Alamodome through Bridging the Gap for the Tri-Cenntennial. Last Chance Ministries is proud to be located in the city of San Antonio helping the community in any way it can, and we take pride serving in God’s Kingdom.
