About This Cause
LittleStar ABA Therapy strives to give people with autism their best future and ensure families know they are not alone. No two individuals with autism are alike, nor are their families. Each needs different levels and kinds of help to maximize their ability to give their child the future he or she deserves. LittleStar offers that kind of support working one on one with people ages 18 months and up on the autism spectrum. This support includes testing and diagnosis, ABA therapy in a variety of settings, social skill groups and parent training workshops. ABA Therapy is provided in many different locations – at centers, at homes, at schools, and in the community. ABA therapy can help increase language and communication skills, improve attention, focus, social skills, memory, and academics, while also decreasing problem behaviors that prevent someone from fully participating in their community. LittleStar Aba Therapy was the first center based program in Indiana. Founded by families, families continue to play a vital role in everything we do. Working together, a team of highly qualified professionals and family members create a six month plan for each leaner. Goals are included in many different skill areas, such as communication and language, social skills, self-care, play and leisure, motor skills and learning and academics. LittleStar is a truly unique and special place dedicated to improving the lives of everyone autism touches.
