In the UK's most disadvantaged communities, increased opportunity and access to support is vital for young people. Young Enterprise provides learning pathways enabling young people to develop confidence and key skills such as teamwork, problem solving and resilience. Through our Company Programme and Employability Masterclass, we raise aspirations, develop enterprising mindsets and offer inspiring role models as mentors, equipping young people to overcome social mobility barriers and to thrive.
