This project aims to address the needs of deaf-blind children, a particularly vulnerable minority in the provinces of North Kivu and South Kivu. Due to their rare disability, many parents lack the knowledge and skills to communicate and interact with these children. This often leads to social isolation, neglect, or even abandonment, especially during times of conflict.
