Mission Statement
The NASCAR Foundation is a leading charity that works to improve the lives of children who need it most in NASCAR communities through the Speediatrics Children's Fund and the Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award. The NASCAR Foundation seeks to raise funds that go toward supporting needs expressed by hospitals, specialty clinics, camps, and others providing children's medical and health care services. The compassion of the NASCAR industry is embodied within The NASCAR Foundation.
About This Cause
Since 2006, The NASCAR Foundation has committed more than $32 million dollars to initiatives that impact the lives of children to live happier, healthier lives. Evidence of The NASCAR Foundation’s impact can be found in its Speediatrics hospital units where the color, excitement, and fun of NASCAR has been brought into children’s hospital rooms, wings, and waiting areas. It can also be found through the Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award, which honors the spirit of volunteerism that drives the NASCAR community.
