Mission Statement
The mission of the Friends of Palmer (FOP) is to enhance and support the educational experience at Palmer Elementary School, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement and to improve the environment at Palmer through volunteer and financial support.
About This Cause
We provide support to: -Help raise funds to improve Palmer’s facilities and outdoor space -Provide support for teachers and educational resources -Help raise money to support programs where the CPS budget falls short We bring the community together: -Provide opportunities to foster connections between families -Host events to get parents engaged and involved in their child’s school -Raise awareness of Palmer programs within neighborhood & business community
