Mission Statement
Hocking Athens Perry Community Action will mobilize resources to empower individuals and communities through advocacy and quality services that promote self-sufficiency and improved quality of life.
About This Cause
Hocking Athens Perry Community Action is a nonprofit corporation that develops, manages, and provides services and support to individuals and families who lack sufficient financial resources to meet their basic needs or to provide the quality of life they desire. Most services are funded through federal and state resources but are supplemented through donations, local levies, private grants, and fundraising efforts. In order to best achieve our mission statement we are structured into five main divisions (Community Services, Transportation, Food & Nutrition, Housing, and Child Development) that contain the appropriate programs.
