Hear Indiana creates equal opportunities for children with hearing loss through listening and spoken language.
About This Cause
Hear Indiana supports families of children with hearing loss who communicate through listening & spoken language. In partnership with Easterseals Crossroads, the Speech and Hearing Resource Center provides speech therapy, audiology, information and referral, school outreach, and counseling for parents of children who are deaf or have a hearing loss. We offer an annual education conference in Indianapolis for parents, professionals & adults with hearing loss. The annual Run for Sound fundraiser is fun for the whole family. Hear Indiana hosts a summer camp where kids with hearing loss make lasting friendships while they have fun, build self-confidence, and grow their leadership skills. Age covered: 0-through high school.
