A culture of excellence within a diverse learning community A magnet school with a German-language-based curriculum; founded in 1888, it has evolved into one of Cincinnati Public School's consistently top-performing schools. Fairview-Clifton's vision is to be an empowered and vibrant school dedicated to academics, German and the arts, fostering a culture of excellence within a diverse learning community with unique traditions, to provide opportunities for each child to reach full potential as a world citizen.
About This Cause
Our mission is to provide time, resources, and talent to enhance the educational experience of our children. WHO IS GEBAS? German English Bilingual Alternative School, GEBAS (pronounced with a hard "g" g-EE-bus) is the Parent Foundation of Fairview-Clifton German Language School. We are a group of parent volunteers working together to ensure an excellent education for our children. GEBAS has served as the parent organization for Fairview since 1978. Our mission is to provide time, resources, and talent to enhance the educational experience of our children. Every Fairview family is a member of GEBAS. Our 501(c)(3) organization is managed by an elected Board of Directors.
