Mission Statement
The New Albany Community Foundation and its donors work together to help build an extraordinary community by forging partnerships and investing in transformational projects, such as the New Albany Branch Library, the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts, the Charleen & Charles Hinson Amphitheater, Safety Town, The New Albany Lecture Series, The Student Lecture Series and the New Albany Scholars Author Residency Program, among others.
About This Cause
The Foundation has four areas of impact: Lifelong Learning, Health and Wellness, Arts and Culture and Environmental Sustainability. In addition to advancing larger community projects, through its fund donors, the Foundation awards hundreds of grants to social service and not-for-profit organizations that impact the lives of New Albany residents. Some examples include Buddy Up for Life, Fry Out Cancer, New Albany Bridges, Mid Ohio Food Bank, New Albany Robotics Team, among many others.
