Mission Statement

Trinity Village Center, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit, was formed under the visionary leadership of Dr. A. Lincoln James, Pastor of Richmond's 3,000 member Trinity Baptist Church. In 2009, Trinity Baptist Church built the Trinity Family Life Center as headquarters for the Trinity Village Center (TFLC) in order to provide services for Richmond's underserved communities. The Trinity Family Life Center facility is a 29,000 sq. ft. building on 14 acres of land.

Vision The fullest potential of underserved families, communities, and individuals will be realized. Mission Statement Our mission, which has been adopted by the Board of Directors, is as follows: "To strengthen families and uplift communities by enhancing family stability, pursuing academic excellence, and providing services that create fit and vibrant communities." Goals The work of Trinity Village CDC can be categorized under the following four goals: 1) Family and Community Engagement, 2) Health and Wellness, 3) Advocacy and Leadership, and 4) Educational Excellence.
