LLCHC ministers the love of Christ as a model full service medical home, focused on whole person wellness, available to all in Central Ohio who need it regardless of ability to pay. LLCHC transforms the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual and family at a time, as the heart of the community.
About This Cause
Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center, is located in Franklinton, on the West side of Columbus, Ohio. LLCHC has earned the designation of a level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home. LLCHC facilitates services out of 7 different locations in three counties in Central Ohio, employing 147 people and serving more than 14,000 patients annually. The services offered are primary care, women's health, OB, dental, vision, behavioral health, pharmacy, substance use disorder treatment, nutrition and spiritual care.
