Savvy Ladies is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that provides personal finance education and resources for all women championing financial knowledge & empowerment.
About This Cause
Founded in 2003, Savvy Ladies Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that brings financial planning education to women. Through its unique programming, the organization has helped over 20,000 women across the spectrum of ages, life experience, and income levels identify their goals, make proactive choices about their finances, and lead richer, more rewarding lives. Savvy Ladies instills the importance of financial planning and provides women with the resources to make informed financial decisions for themselves and their families. Savvy Ladies’ education is about more than teaching participants to balance their checkbooks, it’s about making women & the families they support stronger, communities better, and ultimately changing society. Savvy Ladies offers programming and events that broadly disseminate financial planning resources and offers a secure forum for women to network and ask financially-related questions. Inspired by the scope of Savvy Ladies’ mission and the size and spirit of its community, some of America’s leading financial planning experts have served as keynote speakers. Our core programs include: Savvy Ladies Free Financial Helpline Women with specific needs and questions that require one-on-one free, personal consultation have access to Savvy Ladies’ Free Financial Helpline and, through the Savvy Ladies professional network of volunteers, are connected to a certified financial planner. Wi$dom Webinars Every week Savvy Ladies host an educational financial webinar with a professional expert! A wide range of topics is presented that provides practical information that can be put into practice immediately. Registration is free but required. Programs Savvy Ladies offers programs both virtually and in-person on financially related subjects to support women and their financial education. Topics include budgeting, debt management, divorce financial planning, and retirement planning. Savvy Money Blog Hundreds of articles on every personal finance topic, authored by financial experts with easy-to-find navigation and search tools. Savvy Ladies Monthly Newsletter Delivered to your inbox, featuring articles, book reviews, financial tips, “ask Stacy”, partner news, and upcoming events.
