HELP GIVE A CHAINED DOG REFUGE FROM FATAL WEATHER
There are more than 1,200 limited-income families within a 5-mile radius from our ROLDA sanctuary in Galati, Romania, who cannot afford to buy or build their dog a doghouse. Sadly, many of these dogs die from overexposure to extreme weather each year.
ONE DOGHOUSE CAN PROTECT 2 DOGS FROM EXTREME WEATHER.
ROLDA is launching a new project to deliver 400 doghouses to dog owners with limited-income in nearby villages by the end of 2019. That means 800 dogs will have shelter to protect them from extreme weather conditions. By supporting ROLDA's doghouse project today, you are giving dogs in Romania the instant relief they seek and the refuge they need to survive.

donation with 35 US$ until December 31, 2022. Please make your generous gift today—155US$ will cover the cost of one doghouse, but a gift of any size will help change the life of a homeless dog in need.
These doghouses are more safe and efficient than those made of wood because the villagers cannot destroy the houses to use the wood for fires or repairs. Our team will conduct follow-up visits to each doghouse to ensure they are still in place and being used for the dogs' needs.
You'll be giving a lonely dog more than just shelter
You’ll give a dog hope. While there's no substitute for a loving, indoor home, with almost every doghouse that we deliver, we leave a toy to provide some diversion from the monotony of life in a barren backyard. If dogs are tied up with a heavy chain, we replace it with a lightweight tie-out that allows them more freedom to move.
You’ll give a dog affection. Our work doesn't end after we deliver a doghouse. Our ROLDA team will continue to visit the dogs for years to check on their well-being, give them treats and much-needed affection. Often the only kindness and respect that many of these sweet, neglected pups receive. On occasion, our visits even help persuade owners to let their dogs indoors.
