Mission Statement
OCEF’s mission is to enhance education, health, finance, and welfare outcomes in underserved communities by leveraging facilities, strategic collaborations, and programs, primarily focusing on awarding academic scholarships for K-12 students, with priority given to low-income students, while adhering to Section 501(c)(3) regulations.

Omega Community Enrichment Foundation (OCEF) Serving underserved communities At OCEF, we believe every child deserves a fair chance to succeed—regardless of where they come from. That’s why we focus on uplifting youth and families in underserved communities across Central Ohio. We support K–12 students with tutoring, scholarships, and academic programs that open doors and build confidence. We also work hard to fight food insecurity by providing nutritious meals and groceries to families in need. And because we know that knowledge is power, we offer financial literacy workshops that help people budget, save, and plan for a brighter future. We’re more than a nonprofit—we’re a community of caring people, working together to make sure no one is left behind
