We aim to develop culturally relevant and localized mental health resources by empowering therapists, healers, and underserved populations through specialized training, support services, and community-based initiatives.

We are dedicated to breaking barriers in mental health access and professional development. What We Offer: Specialized Trainings: Brainspotting with Native Indigenous Focus, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, parenting support, and child-focused modalities Community Support Groups: Monthly gatherings for BIPOC therapists and healers to foster connection, growth, and professional resilience. Collaborative Outreach: Partnerships with organizations to provide counseling and mental health services to victims of crime, immigrants, neurodivergent individuals, and those without insurance. Sliding-Scale and Pro Bono Services: Ensuring access to quality care regardless of financial constraints. Our Approach: Helping Hands Wellness Center believes in community-centered healing. By training local therapists and healers, we ensure culturally relevant, accessible support for the populations they serve.
